A cold front will move through the area this afternoon. Frontal passage will trigger some showers and storms during the afternoon hours. It's not likely that any of the storms will be severe, but there is a slight chance. Behind the front we will have slightly cooler temperatures and nice weather for the weekend.

The warm weather is going to continue for a few more days. Yesterday's high temperature was 87 at the Weather Center. That makes yesterday the warmest day so far this month. Unfortunately as go through the next two days, we are also going to see an increase in the humidity, so it looks like the "muggies" will be back.
